I posted a reply and it didn’t post so they don’t want anyone telling you where to go. On the SHOP link in small print beneath the “NON CANNABIS, COMING SOON, Blah Blah” it says that you can get cannabis products from here. When you go there, it sends you to another link to a website called Leafy. c o m. That site sells actual Marijuana. www.leafly.com/dispensary-info/chronic-therapy/ menu. You can’t use this link. It has spaces in it so it doesn’t look like a web site. You will have to copy it and paste it and take out the spaces.
Unlike THC, CBD is not psychoactive. This means that it does not change the state of mind of the person who uses it. However, it does appear to produce significant changes in the body and has been found to have medical benefits.

I also would like to know which cbd oil you would suggest for chronic pain relief? Also does anyone know if it will affect fibroids in any way. Hemp worx sells what sounds like medicinal cbd oil but the label says hemp seed oil? Can any one tell me if this will work medicinally for pain relief

The CBs hold much promise in not only improving stroke but also traumatic and anoxic brain injury outcome. There is a rise in evidence that the endocannabinoids and botanical nonpsychoactive cannabidiol derivatives from the cannabis plant have a multitude of beneficial effects, particularly with ischemic stroke. Animal models of stroke have shown cannabidiol increases cerebral blood flow (CBF) mediated by 5-hydroxytryptamine (serotonin) receptor 1A (5HT1A) receptors and induces vasorelaxation [12].
There’s also the question of CBD’s legality – something that’s a lot grayer than the black-and-white picture most companies paint. The U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration considers CBD, like all cannabinoids, a schedule 1 drug. That means it’s just as illegal as heroin and ecstasy. Meanwhile, hemp – a variety of the cannabis plant regulated by the U.S. Department of Agriculture – is legal , so long as its THC content is negligibly low. But because the agriculture department doesn’t test for CBD – only THC – in hemp, more companies are getting away with selling products they say contain CBD, says Sara Jane Ward, an assistant professor of pharmacology at the Temple University Lewis Katz School of Medicine who’s been studying CBD in rodent models for more than 10 years. Needless to say, the legality of CBD is “very confusing and very gray,” she says.
Now that you understand what cannabinoids are and their potential positive effects on aiding your bodily systems, let’s examine cannabidiol oil produced from THC, not CBD. As we mentioned, THC oil works by binding to cannabinoid receptors located in the brain and central nervous system, but not throughout the body like CBD oils.
It is important to note that NIDA’s mission is focused on drug abuse; studies related to the therapeutic effects of CBD in other areas would be funded by the Institute or Center responsible for that program area. For example, studies related to epilepsy will likely be funded by the National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke or by the Eunice Kennedy Shriver National Institute of Child Health and Human Development, while studies related to schizophrenia will likely be funded by the National Institute on Mental Health.
We understand that there are some confusing terms related to Cannabidiol, so we wanted to take the time to explain them to you. Below is a list of the most important terms to understand related to Cannabidiol:
The appeal? Proponents claim CBD can help ease pain, anxiety, depression and stress, boost focus and productivity, improve the immune system, reduce inflammation and more. And – unlike its psychoactive cousin THC – CBD, they say, is harmless, legal and can’t get you high. “The known is it’s good for you, it helps a lot of people and a lot of things, and you can’t hurt yourself,” says Phil Asquith, a farmer and producer of extra-virgin olive oil in California, who founded one of the first companies in the CBD space. “The unknown is all the details.”
Between the above functions, most of CBD’s observed effects are well explained. However, scientists are still unclear about how some effects of Cannabidiol are actually occurring. The most possible explanation is via the hypothetical GPR55 receptor, or through more indirect and synergistic effects that still await discovery.

According to the Georgia Department of Public Health, “The new law does not address how low THC oil is made, purchased or shipped. The law only creates a procedure to ensure qualified persons will be protected from prosecution for having it in their possession.”

Joyce, I also went through an itching, I think it was kicking out prescription drugs stored in my liver or tissues…finally stopped. I look at it as a healing. I even had a rash for awhile too. I rubbed some oil on my skin I didn’t react as allergic so that’s why I feel I was kicking something out.
